In one of my earlier posts, you can find the pictures of Rosy Rain Lily. The Rain Lilies are so called because they bloom in the rainy season, especially after heavy showers. The flowers last for 2-3 days. The Rain Lilies are widely used as a border plant. White Rain Lily is just another species of the genus Zephyranthes. The beautiful white flowers are funnel-shaped with green throat. Like Rosy Rain Lily, propagation is done by the bulbs. This plant is sometimes included under the order Asparagales and family Amaryllidaceae.
